Herbs like rosemary, peppermint, or lemon balm, known for their focusing and calming properties, can be diffused, steeped, or held during the spell. These are examples of things that may be used, and there will be more ritualistic items along with communication with different beings and energy work to bring forth the results needed.
The spell begins with breathwork and gentle movement to release restless energy. A short written list of goals or intentions is created, ideally limited to one to three priorities to avoid overload. With each one spoken aloud, it is visualized as engaging the task with clarity and confidence. A short affirmation is then repeated—such as: “I move at my own rhythm. My focus flows where it is needed. My mind is wired for insight.”
